UAB/CAP on a 58xx using Ultrix 4.x?

Is anyone using UAB and/or CAP on a 58xx system using Ultrix 4.x?
I have tried this and everything builds and runs fine except atlook
only receives about a third of the replies all of which are on the
ethernet as verified by tcpdump.
Any comments or help will be greatly appreciated--
