how to make LAT port disconnect when session drops?

I have a dial-in modem connected to a DS200/MC LAT server.  The modem is
used by both real users and UUCP.  I want to have UUCP calls set up so
that when the session from the server to the remote host drops (when
uucico finishes or dies), the server closes the port too and disconnects
the modem, so the phone call shuts down and doesn't wait for a time-out
on the server's local> prompt for a half hour.  Can this be done?
