Ultrix 4.1 /usr/man/cat8/rwalld.8c:
                                                                 rwalld(8c)
     Name
          rwalld - network rwall server
     Syntax
          /usr/etc/rpc.rwalld
     Description
The rwalld daemon is a server that handles shutdown(8) requests.
It is implemented by calling wall(1) to all the appropriate net-
work machines. The rwalld daemon is normally invoked by
          inetd(8c).

1) /usr/etc/rpc.rwalld does not exist; it's /usr/etc/rwalld
2) rwalld is not mentioned in inetd.conf and is not started by inetd on
   Ultrix; it's started in /etc/rc.local
