VAX binaries on RISC install tape (Ultrix 4.1)

I've recently installed Ultrix 4.1 (Rev. 52) on my DECstation 3100.
Somehow, Vax binaries have snuck onto the RISC tape:

# file /usr/lib/find/*
/usr/lib/find/bigram:   VAX demand paged pure executable not stripped
/usr/lib/find/code:     VAX demand paged pure executable not stripped
