rlogin prob on Ultrix 4.1 - SOLUTION

Thanks to all who replied to my question.  The cause of the problem seems to be
"/usr/etc/lmf reset" that is evoked before /usr is mounted.  I think this 
happens to nfs clients that mount /usr from a server.  To fix it, move 
"/usr/etc/lmf reset" to a point AFTER /usr is mounted in /etc/rc.  This fixed
my problem.  Thanks for everyone who responded.
