What's "environment" space?
I'll take a wild guess though to save time. First, get
a copy of the "Guide to System Configuration Maintainence"
to find out what the defaults are for "maxtsiz", "maxdsiz"
and "maxssiz". Some of them depend on the architecture.
Next look at the limit built-in of csh(1). The stack size
is typically limited to 512 KB by the shell. These places
will tell what the current limits are.
If you need more of something then change the configuration
file appropriately, rebuild and reboot. Keep in mind that
you'll need page/swap space to back additional virtual memory.
