Anybody got a 4.3 syslogd what runs under Ultrix 4.0?

Subject says it all...  I did ftp the syslogd from uunet.uu.net, but it
has a bunch of stuff missing, and cc kicks out a whole slew of errors... which
I'd rather not fix if somebody else has.
