How do I set up a postscript printer over LAT?

I am trying to set up an ansi postscript printer to run over
a DECserver. The LAT connection works fine, but when I add
the postscript entries into the printcap file I get no output
at all! I know that it is not a postscript engine just chewing
up commands because I hung a dumb terminal on the end of the
line and nothing came out either. This is my printcap entry:
test|lp3:\
:br#9600:\
:ct=lat:\
:lf=/usr/spool/test_err:\
:lp=/dev/tty03:\
:op=TEST:\
:sd=/usr/spool/test:\
:ts=DSB:\
:uv=psv1.0:\
:ps=LPS:\
:of=/usr/lib/lpdfilters/lpf:\
:Da=ansi:\
:Dl=/usr/lib/lpdfilters/lps_v3.a:\
:Or=portrait:\
:Ss=a4:\
:pw=80:\
:pl=66:
Any help would be appreciated.
