4.0 to 4.1

I just received a 4.0 to 4.1 upgrade tape!

It allows you to go from 4.0  to 4.1 without doing a major install!!

I only received the VAX version :-( , so as soon as I install it on my
VAXstation 3140 I'll post the results!!!
