Hi.

I have a problem with rsh.

     Machine: DECstation 3100
     OS: Ultrix 4.2 Beta
     Description:
when superuser (or one or two of the other users), rsh works
fine. However, from my personal login, rsh machine command
	returns:
		 rcmd: socket: Permission denied
My first thought was that protections were set up wrong.
However, it does work for other non-super-users. Also, rsh
machine will give me a shell on the remote machine with no
	problems. Any suggestions?
