>From z at CCA-UNIX Tue Sep 8 08:22:27 1981 We allow a chown to an suid program without clearing the suid bit, but we don't get into the problem with executable root programs because our mail program has been fixed to do a chmod of the mail file to 0600. This seems to be a nice fix to make in general.
