I'm very sorry for those of you who recieved many many copies of the 
dpk.bmd70 at brl and giarla at rand-unix messages.  There was a mailer snafu,
which has now been resolved.

In addition, some recent submissions might be been returned to the senders
with the error message "Reason not Known" why the mail couldn't be delievered
to "nix-wizards at Sri-Csl"; Please just resubmit your message if you like
and it should now go thru ok.

Again, sorry for all the grief!
