In response to the request for a PERT program from lauren at UCLA..
I have one that I sell. It runs under unix as a command. It doesn't
draw pert charts, but only lists information about each activity.

The following is the abstract from the manual pages.

This is a PERT type of program which computes the earliest
and latest permissible start times, earliest and latest fin-
ish times, the total float and free float for the activities
of a project network model. The duration of each activity
is input and used by the program to determine the critical
path through the network which in turn is used to calculate
the total time required to complete the project. The cost
and percent complete for each activity is also input and is
used to calculate the total cost of the project, the percent
complete for the project and the percent complete for the
critical path. At the user's option, start and finish times
can be output in the form of calendar dates.

If you have any interest, send me your mailing address and
I will send you the manual pages, etc.
