Does anyone know of a utility program to do such a thing? What I'm looking
for is something comparable to the TOPS-10/TENEX/TOPS-20 SAVE command. I'm
working on a new Lisp system for the VAX, and this is the normal mode of
operation for building large Lisp-based systems. I know Franz Lisp has such
a utility built-in, to take the current running state of the Lisp and save it
in a executable file. I will add such a function to my system if necessary,
but I wanted to check first to see if anyone had a general utility taking an
a.out file and a core file and producing a new a.out file. Please reply
directly to me, I'll summarize the answers and report them to the list.

	Thanks,
