Shared library follies

That's it! Cheerful Zig's got it! Not just shared libraries,
shared everything! No IO, just map data segments! Organick's book!
Dynamic linking!  The information utility! Segments!  Hey, let's
us at BTL get together with Zig at MIT and someone at GE and make
a really new system.  We'll call it... Multix!!!!  It's got everything,
including the now obligatory 'x' at the end of the name!

But wait...didn't we go through this 15 years ago?
