4.1c subgroup?

With the number of 4.1c sites significant but not quite fully in touch
with each other, I suggest that we form a net.unix-wizards.4-1c group
(obviously calling it 4.1c is bogus).  If nobody can quickly (say, by
end of USENIX?) come up with a better name, let's do it while the
concept is still relevant.
