Suns running 4.2

I have spoken to a number of people using 4.2 on Suns.  It is officially
in Beta test.  I have been quoted (very insistently) 60-90 days delivery
on a small order of new Suns.  What they are delivering now isn't new
Suns, but the upgrade kits for the old Suns, with 4.2.  Sun tells me
that they are being short-shipped 68010's by Motorola, and that this
is the big hang-up.
