VAX 11/750 with 2 UNIBUS Adapters

Has anyone been able to run Berkeley 4.1bsd on a VAX 11/750
with 2 UNIBUS adapters?  Our system will not even boot;
it dies during the autoconfiguration.  We would be most
appreciative if someone could point us in the direction of
a fix for this problem.

PS.  While I'm at it, does anyone have a RL02 driver that
works under 4.1 for the VAX 11/750?
