4.1bsd UBA driver code does not work

	The routine ubaremap in uba.c for 4.1bsd does not work.  The
code is not used anywhere in the original distribution, but places
assume it works and are using the code.  Be aware that (for 780's at
least), it should not be used in current form.  If someone has one
that works, please post to these groups.
