Parenthesized arguments in a "ps" list

If anyone is thinking of fixing ps(1), I have another pet bug: if any of the
arguments to a command contains the character '=', ps(1) considers that
argument and the following arguments to be part of the environment and does
not print them (unless you specify the -e flag, which is ridiculous).
