csh expressions

While we're on the subject, it would be nice if csh would interpret
the following:
	while (condition) &
		...
	end
in the "proper" manner.  That is, it should execute the while in a
subshell in the background.  An alternative syntax would be to enclose
the while loop in '(...) &'.  The sh shell allows the latter.
