Where is VAX CMI/SBI DSA controller?

Can anyone tell me why there isn't, will there soon be,
will there ever be a VAX CMI/SBI bus based DSA controller?
(this is an UDA50 controller for the VAX system bus)
Doesn't DEC think they need one?
