We are currently attempting to install V7 unix on a pdp11/34 with
256k of memory, 16 serial i/o lines(8 are 20 ma lines), floating pt.,
80 mega-byte cdc removable disk, 45ips 9track 800/1600 bpi tape unit,
2 parallel i/o interfaces and a 16 channel a/d converter.

We have gotten the kernel read into main memory, but it seems to be
endlessly looping in the routine startup(), which is called directly
after entering main. It seems that the routines _fuibyte and _gword
in mch.s are unable to find the end of memory. Why?

Does anyone have any pointers? Or can someone send us the machine
dependent code for an 11/34? We do, by the way, have a V7 source
license(obvious by now I hope).
