Duplication, Time Reversal, &c

We receive the Unix-Wizards messages, and are usually much enlightened.
However, this bulletin system seems more plagued than most with duplicate
(triplicate, ...) messages, order reversals, and so on.

Have other users experienced the same thing? - and, if so, cannot some
corrective action be taken?  It is especially annoying to receive
message A after message B, when B is clearly a reply to A
