Z80 cross assembler / compiler

We are getting a Parallel system soon, running 4.2bsd, and we need to port
over some stuff written in Z80 code.  Does anyone sell a Z80 assembler that
handles macros?

Also, does anyone sell a C cross-compiler that generates code for the Z80?
