Need: tape conversion utilities

Wanted: 4.2 Utilities to read and write ANSI D, IBM SL, TOPS DUMPER,
VMS BACKUP tapes.  Besides doing development on our Vax, we write
those ever-popular Kermit distribution tapes and if I don't either
obtain or write something to do ANSI tapes soon, "they" are going to
make me put VMS back.  Help me not re-invent the wheel.
