Uucp / Mail / News "host lists"

	Where do "mail" and "news" get their lists of accessable
remote sites? (i.e. -- where can I find out which sites I can
directly send news and mail to from this site)?  I have seen the
Uucp map, but the list of mail/news site names for our machine
appears to be out of date.

	Please reply by mail -- if there is enough interest, I
will post the answer.
