Discussion of "dbm" data base system

I took the DBM subroutines and renamed them and reworked them so that
you can access multiple database files (doing a second dbminit causes
unreliable results) by passing a structure with all the file specific
info in it (i.e. all the things that were static internal variables
before).  It is trivial to do, but I will send the source out to those
who are lazy.
