inetd wanted

I'd like to get a hold of the inetd program described at The SLC Usenix
conference.  Does some generous site out there have it?  I know that
this is being used at Sun and Lucasfilm, and it's being tried out at
Berkeley.  We have all the necessary licenses, if you're worried about this.

Also, does anyone have a hashed host-table for 4.2?  I'd like to hear
about this too.  I am tired of waiting for ages for a simple mistyped
name to telnet to complete (not to mention all the bad addresses
sendmail processes each day!).
