simultaneous mv crashes 4.2

The problem reported by dartvax!steve also happens to our
780 running 4.2. Specifically:

mv file1 file2 & ; mv file3 file1

causes a panic in ifree. Have any of the masters of 4.2
found the problem yet? I'm going to start looking, but
my knowledge of the internals is pretty slim, so someone
else out there is more likely to find it. Please let me
know if you do.
