Aparently, the Berkeley lawers have decided that 4.2 bsd is so good, and their
business is so poor that they can screw their liscensees around to their hearts
content. They won't even negotiate. Did you know it's illegal for any Government
agency to sign the 4.2 BSD liscense? More about THAT later.
