I need one bit in the tty structure, and it seems to me that the
CNTLQ bit in t_state isn't used anywhere (just like the field
t_un.t_ctlq, which this bit has something to do with).
Can anyone give me a good reason for *not* using this bit? What
is (or was) the use of it?
