4.2 binaries for Blit (5620) terminal

As some of you may know, AT&T has now released the sources necessary to
build BLIT support into versions of Unix other than System V.  Unfortunately,
AT&T doesn't plan on educationally licensing them, at least for now.
The source price, with all options is about $25K.

Does anyone know of any third parties who plan on producing a 4.2 version of
the BLIT support in binaries for a reasonable price?
