yacc: public domain? (flame on)

AT&T announced at one of the USENIX conferences that binaries from
their C compilers, even when linked with AT&T-supplied standard
library modules, have all AT&T ownership claims waived, so that
you are the sole "owner" of such binary code if you own the
application source code.  They did not say this about the yacc
parser, however.  One would hope that the same policy would hold,
but I haven't heard of any official AT&T statement to that effect.
