Essentially anything that will compile under 4.2 will compile and run on
Utek.  Not to speak for David, but I wouldn't say Utek *is* 4.2 because it
has been gone over with a fine-tooth comb since then.

		Utek = (4.2BSD - bugs) + subset(V.2);
