Proposed net article, please comment.

I am looking for the best 68k development system with the following
characteristics:

	1. C compiler with:
		* position independent code
		* base register relative data
		* possibility of changing calling conventions
		* in-line assembly (ASM)
	2. 68k assembler
		* macros
		* ability to group code and data into 'segments'
		* structure (global and local data)
	3. Linker
		* support for code and data grouping
	4. Debugger
		* fully symbolic
		* displays C source code

It would be nice if this ran on a SUN. I have a longer wish list including
incremental compilation and remote debugging. I know about SUN's software.
Come on out there, who has put together a kick-ass 68k development system?
I am interested in pointers to individual components as well as packages.

Please mail to me directly, I will post a summary.
