Anyone have a 4.2 utility that understands v7 file systems?

Hi,

I am looking for a utility similar to the v6 utility that comes with 2.9BSD
for dealing with v6 filesystems on a block device, except that I need one 
for a 4.2 vax system that understands v7 file systems.  Does the wheel exist,
or do I have to invent it?

If I get a positive response, I'll report back to the net.
