How configurable is Ultrix on uVax II ?

Now that they are allegedly delivering Ultrix on uVax II someone
who has seen it may be able to answer this quicker than our
local DEC people who haven't seen it.  Main queries are:
   o	can you add in home-grown device-drivers - in particular
	ones that refers to structures in tty_conf.c.  This
	really means that the source of tty_conf.c needs to be
	available along with all the object files.  We have just
	installed this driver on an Integrated Solutions 4.2
	system which does come with tty_conf.c.
   o	can the system be configured to work with Eagle disks.
