Question on Wollongong's TCP/IP

Does anyone know how to map from the login device to the originating
internet (or ethernet or any) address?

For example, if someone is logged in on /dev/nty1, how can I tell
what system the telnet/rlogin was initiated from?

If it matters, I'm on a Eunice system, so we have both the VMS qio
calls as well as the UNIX IPC calls. A solution using either would
be fine.
