Or if the current directory is foo:

	rm ../foo/-b

OOPS :-) That requires that .. still exist. Oh dear, can't have it all
ways! However this suggestion that ... be a synonym for ../..: could it
be implemented in the kernel? I mean, who turns a path name into an
i-node number anyway?
