While I agree gets() should be avoided, I felt obliged to see what
the "standard" UNIX does (V.2 is all I have source for).

	The following programs use "gets":
		cpio (which I agree is not useful)
		cu (I prefer tip, but its a matter of taste)
		cflow
		spell (the routine that makes the hash tables)

(Berkeley UNIX is untainted)
