According to information handed out at U3G at the beginning of this
year;  AT&T states spesificly that there is *only* one way to
refer to the UNIX System products, and that is:

"UNIX(TM) System" followed by whatever designation of type or
product you are spesifically refering.  AT&T is presently persuing
persons or companies which violate this, in an effort ro retain their
trade mark.  They spesifically state that it is never correct to
use "UNIX (e.g. alone w/no "(tm)"); Unix (ever); or unix (ever)."

Just thought you'd like to know what AT&T told us.
