Uses for access time

Interesting!  It certainly is updated on SCO Xenix ("System V", but
internals still have v7 vestiges), v7, 4.2BSD, and 4.3BSD.  Is it
not updated on execution under "real" System V?  What OS version are
you (mtgzz!avr) running?
