Problem with file xfrs

The following is a "debug" file output by Uutry (SysVR3.1R2) during a
recent attempt to communicate with princeton.  The obvious questions are:
1) is it mccc or princeton that has the problem?
2) what does the problem seem to be?
3) what causes all those 'alarms'?
4) what suggestions for solution have you?
