CRISP v1.9

 I recently got a copy of CRISP v1.9 sources, after minor changes
to the makefile I got it to compile quite nicely.  But now for the
life of me I can not get it to recognize my function keys.  I am running
from the console, under Xenix V/386 2.3.2 with an ega monitor.  I have
BTERM=xenix in my profile.  if some one has compiled this program and got
it up and working please drop me a note as to what you have to do to
get the function key definitons to work properly.
