Lemme see...hmmmm...hard to say, but I'll guess you are using the
Excelan LAN WorkPlace for XENIX.

The first thing you need to do in the chat script is tell ttyT32 where
to connect.  You aren't.  Try this:

    Their_machine Any TCPIP 9600 - "" Their_machine "" \r ogin: uucp

I'd also expect that \r is unecessary.
