Tex for SCO Xenix 286

Oops, I forgot the file "findfile.h" in the source for the output drivers
for Tex. It is included below. (thanks for reminding, Rod!)

You also need a file "signal.o" to complete the compilation of Tex.
This file should be extracted from /lib/Llibc.a
(ar x /lib/Llibc.a signal.o)

The file signal.o is needed because of a "fixup overflow" problem in the
loader.
