shared memory with xenix 2.1.x

I share with you a little tidbit which cost me about 2 hours to
discover: When compiling shared memory programs under older version of
xenix, such as  2.1.x, you need to enable extensions via -Me.

Versions 2.2.1 (at least the 386 version) has this as the default, and
if you have a makefile which lacks this flag...
