uucico and \r

I was looking at some news I printed out and finally realized someone was
having trouble putting <return> characters in L.sys.  I have been doing
it for a long time but didn't think about it.

Anyway, \r doesn't work but if you just put a real <return> (in vi
enter control-V control-M) it seems to work fine.
