SCO Xenix 2.2.1 cron has the DST bug!

(This bug only applies to systems which are never shut down.)

I recently read about a System V cron bug related to the end of Daylight
Savings Time (DST). "No problem," thought I, "I'm sure that the good
folks at SCO took care of it."

Wrongo!

Since the changeover, each cron line has been executed *twice*, once at the
old time and once at the new. Blech.

Solution: Kill your cron and start a new one.
